The following terms & conditions are set out to be clear and, above all, fair. We believe it is critical to operate in an open and friendly manner to our customers.
By ordering from our website you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Please note that Euphyllia.com is a wholesale website for trade only.
We have the right to refuse a customer account request if we feel they do not comply with our trade only conditions.
Please note that we do not sell our wholesale products for resale on eBay or other auction sites.
Euphyllia has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. All products have detailed descriptions, sizes and colours specified where applicable. Due to the differences between the many different computer screens we cannot guarantee that the colour represented on your screen is 100% accurate.
Products are subject to availability. We will not be liable for compensation or damages, if we are unable to supply any goods.
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the basket and checkout stages.
Minimum Order Values
We have no minimum order value.
We operate a secure on-line processing system provided by SagePay using their secure servers: This is safe and your details are handled efficiently and securely through our website. All payments are handled in sterling. If purchasing from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
Euphyllia accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express.
Euphyllia reserves the right to decline orders that do not pass the Address Verification System. This is not only a protection for us, but also for you in case of stolen or misused cards.
We know of no case of credit card fraud using our shopping website. When you place your order all your personal information including card number, name and address is encrypted. This encryption process scrambles all the information into code, which is then transmitted safely over the Internet. No one sees your credit card number, not even us.
For UK customers, postage and packing costs are dependent on the value of your order (ex-VAT) as follows:
Orders up to £50, UK shipping charge: £5 (usually 1-4 days)
Orders up to £250, UK shipping charge £8 (usually 1-4 days)
Orders over £250, UK free shipping (usually 1-4 days)
Express delivery option under £50 – UK only, £7 (Next working day after shipment)
Express delivery option over £50 – UK only, £12 (Next working day after shipment)
For International orders outside of the UK, carriage is charged at cost (this will be calculated by weight at time of order). The normal delivery time is minimum 5 days for Parcel Force deliveries. If you require a faster delivery, there is an international express service at cost.
Euphyllia will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
We endeavour to ship all orders the day following receipt of your order. In some cases we are able to ship the same day as order placement but this depends on the time of day the order is placed.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
ALL products are clearly shown on our website as IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK. If you try to order more than we have, the quantity will be automatically reduced to the stock level we currently have. We do not accept orders on product that we do not stock at the time. We operate an automated system whereby as soon as a customer orders the last of a stocked item, the product cannot be ordered again, but you can enquire about future supply. If you need to obtain more stock than we currently have or enquire about re-stocking, then please email us at email@example.com.
All cancellations must be notified to Euphyllia in writing either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the address shown in these terms. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
Euphyllia endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.
Please notify us by email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt should there be any problems with the goods you receive.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt with the details of any items you wish to return and your order number before you return the items to us. We will then confirm return details and returns number.
Any unauthorised returns will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
Refunds/exchanges after 7 days from the date of receipt are at our discretion.
Any items MUST be sent back unused and complete with the original packaging.
Once we receive the goods, we will then refund or exchange the items returned. Refunds will be within 30 days of the return of the unused purchase.
No refunds are available on pierced earrings or sets that contain earrings for health and hygiene reasons.
Please ensure that you include your name, address, order number and a copy of the receipt marked with a returns number with the items.
For your own security, we strongly recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
The return postage cost will not be reimbursed.
Please note that we do not offer a sale or return policy.
